Trust & human control
Intelligence without losing control.
Most software promises to automate the relationship away from you. Command does the opposite: it organizes, prioritizes, and drafts — and a person decides what actually happens. That's not a limitation. It's the point.
What Command does
AI can draft. Your team decides.
Organize
Pulls leads, contacts, calls, and follow-ups into one queue instead of scattered notebooks and phone threads.
Prioritize
Puts the call with the clearest reason at the top — a follow-up that's due, an estimate going quiet, a partner gone dark.
Recommend
Suggests the next action based on what's already on record, never on a guess dressed up as certainty.
Summarize
Turns a relationship's history into a brief a team member can read in ten seconds before the phone rings.
Draft
Produces a starting script or note for a human to edit, reject, or send as-is — the decision is never made for them.
Explain
States the reason behind every recommendation, with the source and date behind every fact it relies on.
What Command will never do
Hard lines the product is built around.
- Send AI-written outreach on your behalf. Every drafted script and message waits for a person to approve. The only automatic emails are fixed transactional templates you configure — an inquiry confirmation, an overdue-invoice reminder — never AI-composed, never a sales message.
- Infer that someone engaged with an email without a provider-confirmed event — it says “not configured” instead of guessing.
- Move a relationship or deal to a new stage without explicit human confirmation.
- Attribute referral revenue from anything but a linked, accepted piece of work.
Controls that exist
See the activity behind the revenue.
These aren't marketing claims about a security posture — they're the controls the product actually runs on.
Organization isolation
Each company's leads, relationships, and history stay inside that company's organization — nothing crosses between accounts.
Role-based access
Who can see and change what is set by role, not left open by default.
Audit history
Stage moves, sends, and edits leave a record — the system doesn't quietly overwrite what happened.
Consent & suppression honored
Do-not-contact and consent status are checked before any outreach surface is shown to a team member — not after the fact.
Fact provenance
Every stored relationship fact carries its source, date, and confidence level — and every queue recommendation states the reason it's there.
Honesty as a default
If nothing is due, it says so. No invented urgency.
An empty queue reads as empty. “Who opened my email” reads “not configured” until a provider actually confirms the event — Command doesn't manufacture engagement to look busy.
