About

Built from real construction operations.

Command Center didn't start as a product idea. It started as a problem inside a working construction business.

Where it started

Builder Bee Projects LLC, Raleigh, NC.

Builder Bee Projects LLC is a residential construction and renovation business. Before it was software, Command was the internal system the team used to run its own leads, estimating, projects, and referral relationships — the calls that needed to happen today, the estimates sitting too long in an inbox, the realtor who sent three jobs last year and hadn't heard from anyone since.

Spreadsheets and memory stopped scaling. A follow-up would slip because it lived in one person's head. A relationship would go quiet because nobody had a reason to reach out written down anywhere. So the team built the system it actually needed to run its own revenue — then kept building it.

What stayed the same

Software shaped by the work, not the other way around.

Every feature in Command traces back to a real morning: a queue that needed a reason behind every name, a call that wasn't finished until the next action was written down, a pipeline where a voicemail shouldn't be allowed to erase where a relationship actually stood. Nothing was designed in the abstract first and fit to a construction business second.

That also set the boundary on what the system is allowed to do. A construction business runs on relationships it can't afford to damage with an automated message sent at the wrong moment. So Command organizes, prioritizes, and drafts — and a person still decides what gets sent.

What this means for you

Priorities set by a working construction business, not a demo.

Command is shaped by operators who answer their own Calls Today queue, chase their own estimates, and thank their own referral partners — not by a roadmap built for a generic CRM buyer.

Stop wondering what needs attention.

Open Command and know.
